2001 Dodge 5.9 Gas, auto 4x4 Off Road package

I have no power to the fuel pump, used a test light, fuel gauge does not work either, changed out the relay made no difference. Any other ideas??

Code on dash is P 0463

I know it may sound simple but did you trace the line and check it at each contact point?

New Fuel pump, fired right up runs like a champ, now I think I want to sell it.

Wow well at least the issue is solved. I absolutely hate the way the pump/filer is set up on our trucks.

New fuel pump in and now it is hard to start cold, when it does start it runs rough missing out, smooth's out as it warms up maybe a minute or so, installed new plugs, cap and rotor, no change, once it warms up it will start fine, also installed a new ICV this morning it fired right up??? will start in the morning to see if that was the problem

Looks like the ICV replacement worked it starts right up cold,
