2001 V10 - Starts fine, runs good, but all sensor lamps light up; the power windows do not work, and it will not upshift. Restart several times and eventually, it starts again and all is well.???

When you say all sensor lamps light up, do you mean you are getting Check Engine lights? Have you checked for fault codes?
Usually, when you see issues with multiple electrical circuits at the same time, the issue will be a bad ground connection that they all share. I would check for a loose or corroded ground connection anywhere that multiple items connect. Could be on the body, the block, or the starter. Of course that is just an educated guess without having more specific info. Could also be a loose or wet harness plug. Usually intermittent problems are due to something being slightly loose.
