2002 Ram 1500 4.7 Camshaft position sensor stuck in place

Hi guys, so im trying to replace my trucks Camshaft position sensor, its clearly loose and able to spin, but wont come out no matter what, any suggestion on getting this thing out before it possibly snaps off?

I've made attempts to use a penetration spray to get her out as well, but this 18 year old sensor is definitely putting up a fight.
