2003 Dodge ram Laramie, 2wd 5.7 hemi runs great. Just changed all the fluids and about 75 miles later I started to hear a whine/squealing in the area of the output shaft extension case. Sounds gets louder and higher with speed, not RPMs. Added transmission fluid, replaced universal joints, and the bearings on the output extension shaft. Didn't fix it. My current best guess is that transmission fluid isn't getting into the output shaft extension case for some reason. Truck shifts fine, so it doesn't seem to be in the transmission. Looking for suggestions!
