2003 HEATED SEAT POWER

Just added aftermarket heated seat pads to my '03 Ram 1500 SLT. I found the Heated Seats fuse and traced red wire into the spaghetti bundle that eventually goes into cabin, but from there, I am lost.

Does anyone know WHAT WIRE, and LOCATION in cabin I might tap into for 12v power source?

Is it pre-wired to the floor underneath seats?
