Hey there everyone, first off I'm new here and have had my truck just about a month and trying to find a couple of items for it. It's a 03 Ram 2500 st hemi auto 4x4 with 4.10 gears. And just want to know what some other guys are running for headers and exhaust. I plan to do all the mods when I return from deployment. But at least would like to know what does fit and work. I'd like to put a pair of headers on it and a decent exhaust. Any and all ideas would be great. Thanks for the help

If im wrong someone will correct me but I think the 2500s only have short tube headers available. Other than that true duals are nice, but its all your preference. Ie: where you want it to exit... how loud... etc.

Welcome, what is the goal for your truck? Maybe a picture or two to see what direction you are going.

If you call TTI they do make a long tube header for our trucks although it's not listed in any vendors catalog as far as I can tell

The problem with the 03 is that it's exhaust is a single year configuration and there just isn't the market for them plus they are now 10+ years old. 03's used a single cat the 04+ use dual cats. So nothing fits technically speaking. You can improvise by using any long tube that'll fit you engine mount configuration and add cats or cat where they best fit with a ORY pipe. Don't be concerned that the 03 has only one O2s forward and one in the rear. You can simply mount the sensor in either collector (Pass side fits nicely) and the rear behind one of the cats. Fabricate what you want, exhaust on a 03 is not difficult.
