Chances are good that they mounted it under the passenger seat, just like the newer ones are.

The holes should already be in the metal

i'm not sure what years this covered
  1. Pull the front part of the plastic cover on the side of the seat toward you to release the locking tab.

  2. Slide the cover toward the front of the seat until it is free from the seat frame.

Look at the link you included. It shows under seat on pas side. The webpage also shows what vehicles under the fitment tab.
Drawings are not always accurate and the drawing is of a standard cab, not a quad cab.

Hey, I can buy and aftermarket bottle jack, 2-tons should work, or is 4-tons recommended?

I would think, that if you are only going to lift a corner, 2 tons should work.
If you are going to lift from the rear differential, to lift the whole rear end, or lift between the front & rear doors & lift a whole side, get a 4 ton

Remember, your Ram weighs 7,000 + pounds

Older American bottle jacks, could lay on their side & they would still work every time.

Foreign bottle jacks, would at times, have to be Bled of Air,
what a pain

I have a tool box in the bed, in that tool box, i have a suitcase trolley jack
