Any answers as to what the ticking noise is? Lifters, timing kit, and injector kill test have all been done. Noise persists. Help!!!!

Depending on the year model and mileage on the motor I would take a look at the timing chains and guides. With the rocker covers off you can inspect the rocker arms and lifters to see if any are loose.
