Just bought this truck very nice he had a diablo tuner installed with a throttle body spacer and a cold air intake, My question is when starting from a stop I hear a clicking when I reach20 mph is there a flapper valve in the intake or what could this sound be it seems if I floor it from the start it doesn't happen???

no flapper that I know of...possibly could be your exhaust at the right RPM. I would say put it on jacks and manually spin each wheel and see if one of em makes the noise

Could have an exhaust leak, or leak at the exhaust manifolds where they connect to the block. Common problem for bolts to break and cause this issue.

What usaf2006 said. If you have a tick at low end speeds/little throttle input but goes away once you give'r you may have a manifold leak. My truck has the same thing and will replace soon. Typically not a big deal. If it is cold where you live crawl under the motor as soon as you start and if the leak is real bad you may be able to see the puffing.
