2006 ram 1500 V6 electric problem

When I turn off motor what ever electronics are on stay on and the switches have no effect. Lights,radio,wipers also key turns but no crank. It has happened 3 times now if I disconnect battery and let sit it will start no problem and everything works again. I have replaced ignition switch so far . Stock truck with just basic features.

Do you have a 2nd battery? It could be feeding power.

Also, maybe a bad ignition relay, read up on how to test those.

Finally, maybe a bad diode in your alternator. There are testing options to determine different problems.
