Back in April of this year I totaled my 2004 F-150, wasn't my fault. When I got my settlement I got me a 2008 Ram 1500 ST with a 3.7L V6. In the last 3 months I've had issues with low power 50mph+ with any incline and sometimes when shifting in and out of overdrive it can shift hard. I recently replaced the spark plugs and it did fix some issues like the stalling at low rpm and mph but still have low power. I'm gonna try adding Techron Fuel Cleaner when I get paid next to see if that helps any. Could my ignition coils need to be replaced or possibly something else?

Thanks in advance for any help!

How's the air filter? Always start with the obvious/easiest/cheapest.

I got the air filter replaced when I got my oil changed, forgot to add that I got that done the same time I replaced my spark plugs.
