2008 Ram 1500 sport - ignition switch issues?

Hi there, anyone else have the intermittent ignition start issues?
Once every 3 or 4 drives, it doesn't start on the first turn. I wait a few mins, then she starts.
I replaced the starter, alternator and battery in the last 4 months.
Do i need a new ignition switch?

Sounds like it’s starving for fuel, try cycling the key a couple times and see if that helps. If it does, then I’d suspect fuel pump.

Its not the fuel. When i turn the key, nothing happens. Feels like its ignition switch related.

O, it doesn’t crank at all, got ya. Yeah my next guess would be switch also. But who knows with all the systems in there.

When you said (it doesn’t start) I thought you meant it cranks but doesn’t fire.

It seem like the ignition switches on these can cause all sorts of problems. There are 12 wires going to the switch that can cause all sorts of problems.
