2008 Ram 1500 2 wheel drive 2 door 4.7l flex, 110000 miles.

I've owned this truck for about 5 years and it has always weird little gremlins that pop up. For instance I've had the tire light come on at random a few times. I pulled over and the tires where fine, then the truck wouldn't start till I disconnected the battery and reconnected.
It went into limp mode after a 2 hr drive same battery reconnect and never had that problem since.
Truck would start but then die after about 10 seconds but it ran fine when using the aftermarket auto start. Reconnecting the battery fixed that. It only happened once.

Currently I replaced all of the o2 sensors as it was giving me a code on bank one sensor one. Since I replaced the sensors it starts stuttering after about a minute. Whether it's just warming up or if it is already warm and I start driving out of a parking lot or somewhere. It does it idling when cold and also does it when in drive, cold or warm when stopped. I've been shifting into neutral at stop lights and it idles fine and I can shift to drive and drive it normally. I unplugged all o2 sensors and it seemed to run fine for a minute, idling fine. But when I test drove it, it misfired a few times and threw a code. (don't remember code)

I've read other forums and seen similar problems but they don't seem to be quite the same. Usually there are a lot of suggestions on what could be causing this such as IAC, MAP, Crank position sensor, etc.
I also cleaned the throttle body. It wasn't very dirty and acted the same after reinstalling it. The truck has always had a very sluggish acceleration which I believe is due to the delay set from the pedal to the throttle body and could be normal.

I'm a decent shade tree mechanic and can fix most anything but my issue is when I consider what's happening there are so many different possibilities as to what the cause is. I'm not sure where to start.
I know it's time for to replace the spark plugs and intend to do so but I feel it is unlikely to be the culprit causing this issue.
Thanks for the help.

O2’s are kind of a sign that the exhaust is contaminated but that said with the age and milage of your truck and your personal known electrical history ,

my recommendations of priorities would be to address the “knowns” like the spark plugs then at the same time look at your vehicle grounding points starting at the battery and alternator clean contact points from there back.

Flex fuel and the amount of alcohol used in the fuel system over time could be cause for concern because of the attraction of moisture to alcohol in holding tanks and fuel pumps but fuel systems are inherently an “unknown“ but still need to be inspected and the best place to start is with the injectors.
But the simple truth is in the question … Do you use a great percentage of Flex Fuel ?

When I first replaced mine with NTK, the truck didn't like them...kept spitting out 02 codes but I changed to Denso and they've been flawless. Then I got rid of the cat inefficiency CEL with anti foulers on the rears.

Oh I didn’t know they were all the same. Well check to see that all
Of them are working correctly.

Yeah I swapped mine around last time I got a O2 code... lol... The wire length is all that changes.

new to the forum, so Denso works fine for o2 sensors, what map, crank and cam sensors work well and do any of these need some type of computer based re-learn? sorry, this thread seemed right up the alley(or rabbit hole) im leaning towards

do you have a scan tool that reads codes ?

Did you buy sensors from an auto parts store or did you buy OEM ?

OEM
NTK 23159 {56029049AA, 7B0906262A}

other possible brands at Rockauto

Should always use whatever the vehicle had originally from the factory , others can cause issues .
