2009 Headlight issue

Replaced headlights a couple of months ago. Noticed lights weren’t as bright with high beams as they used to be. Changed bulbs to the brightest I could get. Same issue. Turns out that at times my high beams are not coming on at all. Fog lights will turn off, but only low beams are on. Only does this sporadically. Checked all bulbs and have good connections. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
