My son has a 2009 4WD. He told me that 4WD will not engage. I have seen a few posts and it seems to start with the front axle actuator?

Check the wiring connection on the actuator, passenger side on axle. Unplug and reinstall. Check wiring connection under glove box. Check transfer care motor/wiring. Then if nothing, remove the actuator bolts and then inspect. Is there any 4x4 lights on the dash?
