2009 Washer Pump wiring diagram

I'm trying to troubleshoot my windshield washer. I'm not getting power to the pump (it tested good). The wipers come on when I push the button and I can hear the pump replay click, but no power at the pump (checked with a multimeter)

Does anyone have a wiring diagram or can point me to where I can find one?

2009 Dodge Ram 1500 Bighorn 5.7ltr.
