2010 2500 Cummins slow takeoff

Completely stock, truck has 42k with 4.10 gears.

0-30 very slow takeoff. Is this normal?

Was it always like this? Could just be the lag before the turbos kick in? However that would be an awfully long lag. Try spooling up a bit before take off
