Took my truck into shop for this noise in front grinding bearing noise worsen when turning and in 4wd there diagnosis was right remove & replace axle shaft, Intermediate shaft bearing assembly and new seal, as well as hub bearing assembly. I replaced all the parts even though the hub bearing and CV axle seemed good in my opinion. The intermediate shaft bearing did have alot of play in it. So thinking it's fixed took it for a ride less noise but is defnitley still there...can be felt in steering wheel if you turn back and forth quickly it makes the noise worse or better sometimes but the noise comes right back. Any advise would be great.
