I have a 2011 ram 1500 5.7l hemi with 194,000km. My ram began having issues starting, every now and then it just wouldn't turn over until I removed my run relay in the fuse box and put it back in. The problem got progressively worse, refusing to start daily and even shutting off while driving. I replaced my run relay and it appeared to have fixed the problem but about 2 weeks later the same thing started happening again. Any advice would be much appreciated!

Can you hear the fuel pump when you turn the key to run without cranking the engine?

i would check voltage at the relay. You might have a resistance issue such as corrosion in the wires and replacing the relay helped for awhile but corrosion is like cancer and creeps. Look for chafing or soft spots in the harness. Squishy insulation usually indicates corrosion underneath.
