2011 Ram Win Module Replacement Need Some Help

I need to replace the Win module on my 2011 ram 5.7 big horn remote start p68066563ah is the number on mine. Last year I was going to replace it took it out cleaned it got it to work until now i have to jiggle it to start it. I am not sure what one to replace it with? I can program it myself with my maxme
I see 2 listed on summit Not sure what one i need to replace this with as i can not find any with the same number as mine anywhere any help appreciated.

Just incase anyone else needs this info down the road. new part number is 68105738AF I used matco maxme scanner to program it took me 15 mins to do what a dealer wanted like $900 for at a cost of $200.
