Any advice would be great. I have a 2017 2500 and stopped and shut the truck off and pulled the fobik out and the WIN isn’t disengaging and the truck is saying “Key In Ignition”. The truck starts and drives fine I just cannot lock the doors now due to it thinking the keys are still in. Is there a fix for this or do I need to replace the WIN module?

It looks like the center piece is stuck down have had this happen once I used a small mechanic Pick or similar tool to pull it back up/un jam it.

it appears that this win module is a pretty common failure for Dodge ram trucks. I have a 2018 2500 and my nephew has a 2017 2500. We are both experiencing the same issue. All functionality of the keyless entry remote is functional, but the vehicle starts in intermittently and mine will not start at all. It’s been at the dealership for four days now and they have not specifically diagnosed the problem yet. other than the win module, the only other electronic device is the RF perimeter sensor located behind the rear passenger seat, driver side back wall on crew cab models, why my dealer is taking so long to diagnose. This makes me question their competence
