2012 1500 laramie left headlight quit working

the left headlights quit working high and low beams I checked the bulbs and they test good I looked for fuses but only 22 and 23 are listed as high and low I am hoping my tipm didn't take a crap

Pass side would intermittently quit on my 2011. It was less than a year old.

Not knowing at the time that you have to remove the entire front end of the truck to replace a bulb, I was sticking my hand all up in there trying to figure out how to replace the bulb. I was able to finagle my hand in there enough to get my fingers on the socket and when wiggling it around it started to work so that ruled out the bulb. Every few days to sometimes a few weeks it would quit again and I'd do the same thing.
Never did get it addressed because the truck got drowned in hurricane Sandy.
So maybe loose plug or wire on plug.
