One of the batteries on my 2012 SLT died the other day, after replacing it the xm part of my radio froze up. The only thing it displays is the channel I last had it on, but there is no sound coming from it, the stations can't be changed, and after maybe 30 seconds or so the radio just switches itself back to FM. I spoke with Sirius yesterday, and they sent the refresh signal twice to no avail. Has anybody else had this problem in the past, and if so what did you to do correct it? Thank you in advance.

Only thing I've had go wrong was my 8.4a reset itself (only on Sirius/xm) and all of my presets were gone..... Called em and they were clueless. Had to reprogram all of my presets... Hasn't happened since. The dash did blink off/on when it happened. Happened just after starting the engine. I still get the infamous 911 Error screen at every startup as well. I know more about my truck than my local dealer.
