I bought a 2013 cluster and my original cluster 2013 ram 1500 tradesman all tire pressures were working, after install of 7" upgrade my service Tire monitor system cam on, pressures are - on all 4 wheels. took it to my tire dealer they read and learned all tire sensors and tried to get message to clear with no good results. Can anybody tell me how to get out of this and make it work. Dearlership want 146$ to look at it plus 1 hour labor to try to fix it. I know the system is working cluster doesn't see it.

Yes 2013 ram 1500 tradesman had original 3" cluster and everything worked before switching
So, I know early on many folks had issues with the 2013 clusters and TPMS in 2014+ Rams, but I haven't heard of anyone with a 2013 cluster in a 2013 having issues? My guess is a later year cluster would work. I have a 2013 cluster in my 2014 RAM with no issues though.

EDIT: Are they the original TPMS sensors?

The Tire dealer said I would have to let Dealership program it to truck. They went through the setting and learning procedure with no luck, 2 times in 48 hours.

Yeah, I think it's the cluster. Not that it won't work for someone else but it won't work in your truck. I think it has something to do with either the TPMS themselves or the wireless module they connect to.

TMPS are good and reading on test tool and module is transmitting. just not on cluster. I put my original cluster back in and all is good.

Yeah, I get that. I'm just letting you know that this is a known issue with some 2013 clusters for some reason. Here's one explanation (although it typically doesn;t apply to 2013 trucks, maybe yours has a late build date?)...
