2013+ dash bevel in 2010

Does anyone know if i can use a 2013+ dash bezel in my 2010 ram 1500? I bought a 2016 full floor console insert and need it to match. My dash is the lighter silver.

Not a chance. Even if you somehow got it to fit, the wiring for the hvac controls and the lower switch bank are completely different, and are controlled by CAN bus completely different between 09-12 and 13+.

Thanks Jimmy, much appreciated. Can someone measure the radio opening dimensions of this bezel please? Im trying to see if my 8" alpine will fit it without too much of a gap. Thanks.

I’m not sure what you got going on, but know this...if you’re trying to put that bezel in your pre 13 truck, it’ll be the same situation as I posted above. The hvac controls can’t be made to work.

Thank you sir. Yeah that was my plan...but I could always cut out the are where the 3 knobs are, so mine will mount up. As lo g ad the radio opening is 8" wide by 5" tall. I had to cut and trim my console...but now that i changed the florr console insert, the colors are now off.

Sure did. I have the column shifter and never hooked the console shifter up. Got it used for $99 on ebay.

In all honesty, if everything works but the color, go to your local DupliColor supply store and paint everything to match.
My hat is off to you taking on such a challenge.

I can get this bezel off of ebay for $99. And with a little cutting with a dremel, make the screen opening the same size as my 8" radio, and open up the area where my fan and heat knobs go. And it will match. Gonna give it a try at least. Gotta look better than what i have now

Or just colormatch both trims to your truck once it’s painted.

That last dash bezel looks like it's out of a ram with a jump seat and not a full console. They are two different bezels.

Good catch. It sure is from a jump seat ram.
