2013 Dodge Ram 1500 tradesman FOG LIGHTS with Alfa OBD

Hello, I ran into a quick problem when installing the fog lights in my 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 tradesman. I bought all the harnesses for this install. I’m just stuck on how to active them. I am trying to program them with ALFAOBD but there isn’t anyone that has posted how to activate them. Please help.

Beliece you have to get a sales code flashed by a dealer or by something like AlphaOBD. The code is "LNJ" that needs to get flashed. BTW, do you have the correct headlamp switch that turns on the fogs?
