2013 Dodge Ram 2wd air suspension swap

Hello all,
I had a question regarding the 2013 Dodge ram 1500 2wd and mine has the air suspension.
I was wanting to see what all I have to go through when swapping it out with a regular suspension and if I can lift it with Bigger coilovers. I was looking on the rebel forum and since my truck has that suspension can I do that to my truck? And get bigger spindles or what route can I go ? Any suggestions or forum redirects will be helpful or any good answers. I just hate the air suspension and running into problems with it and I don’t feel like messing with the dealer and pay an arm and a leg. I would rather lift it and not have air suspension

Monroe makes a conversion kit, front right part number: 90028C1, and front left part number: 90028C2. Rear part number is 90028C3. Best of luck!

Not entirely sure, I would believe it would give you the option to since your essentially putting on physical shocks it would allow you to swap over to maybe bilsteins or putting on leveling blocks.

Keep the rear bags in it and just change front to coils that way you have auto load leveling. I had coils on my 18 longhorn and raplaced rear coils with air bags and timber groves auto air level setup and rides awesome and have auto load level.
