2013 hd front 2500 conversion into 1500 finished!!!!!!

so i converted hd front end from a 2013 hd 2500 into my 2013 1500 regular cab took sometime but finally got it together check it out and comment. What do you guys think??

It. Does have a 2.5inch leveling kit but besides that have not thought about lifting it anymore something I will have to think on not a. Bad idea thoe!!!!!

how much of a pain was that to convert it to a 2500? new hood, grill and bumper. I assume all associated hangers etc.

what did it run you to complete it ?

That looks sweet I have been looking into going the HD route, how hard was mounting the HD bumper from what I understand this is the only troublesome area, everything else mounts right in.

what did it run you to complete it ?

yes you will need 2500 hood,grill,bumper and bumper parts which are several
fog light bRACKET bumper brackets etc....

heres the things you nee for the bumper except for #12 on list that you dont need




hood and grill are plug in play but bumper is the only issue on this you need several guys to get that bumper aligned and other guy in the bottom to weld you have to cut a piece of your frame and weld the hd brackets into that is a pain but worth it

and if you shop around you might get it cheap as i got the hood from a local junk yard shop around ebay was a great help

yes to mount that bumper is a ***** big task but with patience you can get it done took me and my buddy 6 hrs an that was because that was only me and him with alittle more help you can get it done fast it is a pain cus you have to cut part of frame and weld hd brackets into your frameee before welding you have to align bumper

so 2 people holding bumper 1 person looking to make sure its aligned and the last person in the bottom ready to weld the brackets to hold bumper in place!!!!!

looks pretty good. I wish the 1500 bumper were like this from the factory because I would love a light bar in there.

is that a shadow or is there a huge gap between the bumper and fender? just curious? if its a gap that would drive me insane.
