2013 sport projector headlights

Hi guys just bought a 2013 ram sport and the drivers side projector headlight is full of condensation, the truck says turn signal out and it flashes fast inside however flashes at the normal pace outside and appears as if it's only the bulbs in the middle that are blown as it works fine on both edges of the light. Are the signal lights replaceable what's going on inside there? Is it a warranty item? As I have the extended gold plan? Lots of questions as I really don't know anything about the truck thanks in advance for your help.

Totally a warranty item,

Most likely the vents on the rear of housing were pushed on too tightly
(There is actually a TSB out)

Okay thanks it's pretty clear from watching that video that the full assembly needs to be replaced to fix the turn signal issue

it is. The LED boards are screwed into the housing inside. There is no way to replace it without opening it, and......its not like they have parts to swap in.

Yeah I'm outside my basic 3 yr 60000km warranty though and according to the dealer they won't cover my light even with the gold plan warranty, anyone have any advice for me on how to get them to cover it? Thanks.
