2014 rear backup camera

Hi guys, is their any way to manually activate the rear backup camera without going into reverse?

I just ordered all the items needed to do this. But I am bringing in the truck tomorrow for service and install of the running boards. Should I have them go ahead and flash the computer for the backup camera even though it's not installed??? Will this work? So when I install it, I won't have to worry about taking it in to do it after...

yes it will work. it will just be a blue screen until the cam is hooked up.

keep in mind not all dealers know how to do the flash for the cam.

thats the same thing as the coastaltech lock pic or navtechs piece.

however both of these companies have theirs out already!

I had a hidden menu on my acura that i could view the rear cam anytime. I bet there is a hidden menu for ours.. i wll research that.
