2015 5.7 rough cold idle

Hey gang,

I am new to the group. I have a 2015 Ram 1500. Bought it new, 77k miles. I have cleaned the throttle body, changed the plugs and kept up with maintenance.

She is now choking a little and idling rough on a cold start.

Maybe it needs an idle air control valve???

Thanks in advance for any advice.

I'm no mechanic, but it could be your Mass Airflow Sensor.

Was it running rough cold before you cleaned throttle body & change plugs?
If so try the below.....if not probably something to do with your service.

Using the sequence shown, tighten the intake manifold bolts to 12 Nm (9 ft. lbs.)
108 in. lbs
