Has anyone found a 4th generation service manual in a PDF format? If so can you please share the link? I can't get the McFall one to work on my phone. Thanks!

Trying to search the PDF on your phone will be a miserable undertaking.

The best approach would be downloading to a PC and using your preferred PDF viewer.
I use a windoze PC and word search with 'Control F'.

Was there any particular area of exploration that you were pursuing in the manual?

If it were simple, I could download a section and post the PDF as an attachment.
I already have a few sections on my PC for a 2016 1500.
I do have to jet soon.

If you are using an older phone or one with limited RAM, it is a lot easier to search the Browser based on line version than downloading a PDF. My phone searches PDF fine but it has 8 Gig of Ram. You can order the paper manuals from ram for $60 if you want a hard copy.

Don't know if these numbers are still good,as the last time i ordered the bigger paper manuals was for the wifes 2019 Challenger,but if they do they're "free" if you tell them you're the original owner.If they work make sure you have your VIN handy.
I have one of the free 700 page manuals for a 14 truck,but i'm not parting with it,lol

The numbers might not work anymore as Stellentis has taken over since the last time i phoned and got the free manuals for the wifes 19 Challenger,but worth trying anyways.

There's always the old Haynes or Chiltons manuals if you wanted a printed manual.
