2016 Ram Rebel Navigation screen on 8.4 is shades of gray

Hello folks... New here and I have recently bought a 2016 Rebel. I have tried every option on the menu and settings screen to try to get the navigation all color. Right now it seems to be in shades of gray with a yellow road showing. I know I saw another Rebel that I test drove and the Navigation was in color. Any help is greatly appreciated. I am running out of search ideas.

Could you post a picture of what it looks like so we can see exactly what you are seeing? When you say you have gone through all of the settings have you gone into your map settings and tried changing the actual map themes? There are five to chose from.

The settings you showed were for the Screen themes. You actually have 7 of them. You also have a setting for your Map themes that is located in your navigation settings. Push the view map icon. When the map comes up push the settings menu that shows up on that screen. It will show settings on that screen that you can navigate to too change the Map theme. There are five different ones but they are listed by name and not by number. They have Ram, Fiat,Chrysler, ect. I keep mine on Fiat because I like the blue background color. I don't have pictures of the screen that you go to the select the different map themes but when I get in my truck later I will take step by step pictures for you if you haven't been able to find it yet. This is a picture I had of the map screen set to Fiat.

Ok here is how you change the map themes if you haven't already tried. Go into the navigation screen. Go into map setup. Then go into map appearance. Once you press map appearance these five options should come up for you to select.

Thanks for your reply. There was an update on the software that I just completed. Maybe when you are just looking at navigation it should be this gray? I thought it would be more in 3D.. I have 3D checked and I also tried the 2D mode. Enclosed are two other pictures.
