2017 2500 Hemi Water In Hood

After a rain if I raise the hood water dump onto the engine when I raise the hood. Comes off center on the passenger side out of a rectangular hole. The truck is still new and clean but I assume there is a drain hole plugged somewhere? How does the water get into the hood? Anyone else have this issue?

Check the water spray nossesls for the windshield, pop the hood and run them and have someone watch for spray, they can crack and will cause water to pool in the hood, also if they arnt sealed to the hood good water can get in that way too.
