So if I go with RL 5W30 your saying I can switch to just 1 year OCI since I only drive 6K a year?

Yea I wouldn't see any issues with it so long as you get the oil up to temp on a regular enough basis to boil off any condensation in there. A decently long enough drive every week or two would take care of that without worry. Might want to do a VOA after the full year, but based on everything I've seen with Redline it should be more than fine after 1yr and only 6k miles.

Try another dealer, have him refuse on paper or contact fca. Check exhaust bolts first. After you do all that, start looking into lubrication. Many of us are in the same boat, we have ended our ticks with redline 5w30 and a RP filter, loook into it.

I have a 2018. It has 32000km on it. I only noticed a tick once and that was when it was parked nose down in my driveway. I park it nose up and never an issue. Don't forget the oil pump pick up is at the back of the pan. Always Mopar filter. I used conventional oil on the first change to set the rings/cylinders and only synth. 5w20 from now on. Incidentally, I use an oil catch can and the water during winter is HUGE. It's full every fill of gas. It's a labour of love I guess because that crap should not be on my intake valves.
