4 wheel drive issues. I have a 2017 2500 with the hemi engine. The 4wd will not engage. I have changed out the actuator, still not shifting. No lights on the gear shift. What else can I check before going to the dealership

Check fuse F94 and scan for DTCs.
F94 Shifter / Transfer Case Module

Automotive parts stores will scan for free if you don't have access to a scanner.

And, welcome to Ram Forum.

Need some more details. Assume this is the dial/switch on the dash (electronic 4wd selection) versus the manual lever on the floor?
Do you get the 4wd indicator lights on the switch or the icon on the dash? One issue is that the dial/switch is dead and not telling it to go into 4wd.
Need to verify if the transfer case is engaging in 4wd (is it engaging and locking in the front driveshaft), or is the FAD (front axle disconnect) not engaging, or both.
When in 2wd, go under the truck and you should be able to spin the front driveshaft by hand. When the transfer case is in 4wd you will not be able to spin the front driveshaft with the truck parked. That is because the front is now connected to the rear driveshaft and you obviously can't spin it when in park. If the transfer case is engaging the front driveshaft you need to check if the FAD is engaging. If the FAD is not engaging you will not get any power to the front tires.
