I just want some options of getting anywhere from 1-3 inches of lift on my truck without losing any ride. I was thinking possibly wheels and tires with a leveling kit???? This truck will be used in the city 345 days out of the year with some light off road for fishing and deer lease. The look of the truck is very important to me as well. It's a 2017 Ram 1500 4x4

Best way I can think of at a reasonable amount of money would be Bilsteins at one of the lower settings and a 1.5" body lift if you want to get 1-3" lift. If you want a little taller you have that option with the Bilsteins , its easy to experiment with them. I have had mine on every setting but 2.8 . I have had 1.5" body lift then switched to 3" on just this truck alone. The best mine rode was .7 and 1.4 at 2.1 its not real bad it just don't absorb the bumps in the road as well as it did at the lower settings. Tires and air pressure make a difference with ride also . Unlike I did try to avoid 10 ply E rated tires for a softer ride also. I may switch to 17" for a better selection of 35-37" tires.

I did Bilsteins at 2.8 and 35 inch Nitto Terra Grapplers. Had I kept the truck longer I was contemplating a 1 inch spacer in the back because the truck sat perfectly level so when I hooked up my small pop up it had a little sag. Didn’t seem to change the ride at all. If anything it felt a little better going over the speed bumps in my neighborhood.

Nice looking truck. Are you on stock lower control arms or aftermarket?
