can anybody tell me if 2017 ram projector headlight assembly will fit a 2010 ram truck??

Physically it will fit. You might need harness adapters tough to make it work.

Yes they will mount up and fit, but when it comes to plugging them in, you will need an adapter harness. The Retrofit Source sells an adapter to make them plug and play, also there are cheaper adapters on eBay for $70-$90.
