2018 Backup camera issue

The gel between my factory screen and radio separated. I corrected the problem. About a month later the microphone and backup camera looks and sounds like a scrambled tv channel from the 90’s. Where should I start looking to correct the issue.

Did the problem start right after fixing the radio? That delamination problem hit a lot of 2018s. If the video and audio problems started right after it is possible some wires got crimped or maybe the connectors were not seated properly. Try removing the plugs and check the integrity of the wires and ensure all is seated properly and retry the camera and microphone.
