Okay. The other day I was driving down the road and my break light came on. (I thought this was weird) I reached down to pull my break release just in case I hit it. A little further down the road my windshield wipers started running and by time I got home I had lost all gages and also got a no fuel pressure notice. Turned into driveway and the gages were jumping and the area that gives the notifications was flashing dim. turned off the truck and tried to restart. Nothing! When I would open the door the gages would bounce and the light on the dash would flash dim. Key no longer activates the locks.
Had my mechanic come by to see if we could get a code. Nothing because the ignition switch has to be on. We decided it must be the TIPM so i ordered one. Came in today so we installed it and nothing even after following the instructions on a hard reset.
Has anyone had this issue or something remotely the same? We are at a loss!

Nothing. It's like the computer isn't communicating with anything.

I am doing another Hard reset on it over night to see if that helps. Thats what the manufacturer said to do.

Problem is we can't get any codes to figure out what direction to go. Truck only has 120K and really disappointed with this truck. been one issue after the other.

Start checking connectors. I would start with the big BCM connector above and to the left of where your left foot rests while driving.

I've accidental un-latched that connector before and had symptoms just like you are describing.

While you are under there, look for any aftermarket stuff previous owners may have installed. Alarm systems, remote starts, etc. Those can be problematic, especially if the install required cut or splice wires.
