2018 Ram 5.7 no crank no start PRND all on

2018 1500 5.7 4x4 no crank no start no communication with TCM PRND all lit. I checked all fuses under the hood. Fuse 72 and 74 are good but I only read 1.5 mV at the source. Should they be at 12v? Is that a TIPM issue? I am getting 12v at the TCM harness for fused yellow/red and switched pink/white. Ground too. Where should I check next? BCM? Selector switch? All TCM wires? I also saw a video about a module on the back wall of the cab that had water damage. I have not checked that.

Smack the TIPM a few times and see if anything changes. Had a no start, but I had power at dash. Smacked the TIPM and magically started. TIPM's in these arent great.

Interesting. Is TIPM failure inevitable? It seems worthwhile to get a new one. $395 for a new one and $239 for a rebuild. If it will fail, I would get a new one. If it does not solve the problem, I would run the used one with the new one on standby
