Why when I have the key turned to the Accessory/ Acc and the radio on, after about 4-5min the radio goes loud then back to normal? If the key is in the "on" position this doesn't happen.

I have the same issue. The dealership updated the software, but that didn't resolve it.

I have a 2018, and I’ve never had that issue. Curious to hear the fix. Keep us informed.
