I have read through quite a bit but am now more confused than I was 3 days ago... If someone can give me some pointers, I'd appreciate it.

I have a 2018 2500 Tradesman (Diesel if it matters), that has the 5.0" touchscreen (grey not color) with BT mics in the headliner, a crappy rear view mirror (again, a tradesman).
My fan is a 4-speed, single-zone

I know I need a 2018 Radio, a M2 harness, and a single zone bezel, but what else?
- I was given part 68331631AM for a new radio, but at 1600 bucks id like to scour car-part first...
--- (What do i look for on car-part 2018-2020 1500 classic or 2018 2500?)
--- If I see these parts, that's correct on car-part correct? 68331631AH (UAQ 4c Nav) or 68331635AH (UAS 4c)
- If i dont need NAV as I use AA, the UAS 4c is fine?

- If I read correctly, a 2018-2020 1500 radio will work?

In 2018, the media hub looks to be good (Jump seat)?

- Is this a good time (work doing) a 4 to 7-speed fan?
- I am replacing the tradesman dash with a stitched leather one fwiw... So the dash will be apart is why I ask, If the box hvac box needs to change

The long goal is to find heated/cooled Laramie seats as well... So I want the buttons in the radio (Need a new button/switch panel too)

May i suggest that if you pull the HVAC Unit from the truck
replace the HVAC Doors with Aluminum Doors

The OEM doors break at the Pivoting Point
The replacement DORMAN Doors are not that much better

The aluminum doors are stronger & lighter

The OEM Actuator Motors are powerful, the only weak point is the plastic gears inside of the unit, they can work for years & never break off a plastic tooth, then when a door hangs up just a bit, a tooth could break.
The actuators are specially calibrated

The aluminum doors & hardware

4th Gen Ram (09-19) Complete Repair Kit (Formal instructions coming soon)

Regular price $315.00

Single/Dual Zone

Yeah, I saw this and wrote the details on my notes. I assume it works on the ATC dual swap as well.

Try to source an radio that's 2019+ as there are known delamination issues with the 2018 screens. Also, the hub will probably need to be replace.. I had to do it with my 2018 1500 Tradesman to get AA working properly.
