2018 Uconnect screen not functioning after remote start

So, anyone had an issue where, after remote starting with the FOB, the Uconnect screen is off and not functioning? I have this happening after every 3rd or 4th remote start. I have driven 20-30 minutes and it never comes on until restarting the vehicle. *The 7 inch vehicle cluster screen is not affected.

The backup camera will turn on fine. Then it goes blank again and nothing functions. If music is playing from a flashdrive when it was previously turned off, it continues to play when the vehicle is started but the volume cannot be adjusted and it cannot be turned off.

The only immediate fix that works is to shut off the truck and open the door. Then restart and it works fine. I have tried to hold the volume and tune buttons down for the "soft reset," but nothing.

I'm trying to set up something with the dealer to take a look but they are saying they have never heard of this problem. I wanted to see if I am the only one.
