2019 1500 Laramie rear seat belt replacement

All my rear seat belts are damaged and I'm swapping them with OEM parts. It looks to me like I'll need to pull the rear seat to do this. I am wondering two things:

1. Does anyone have any tips on doing this work? Are there any gotchas?
2. Do I need to be concerned with air bag stuff when doing this work?
