I left my BCM settings alone but turned them off in the Uconnect settings.

If you see both sensors 2019up they are different. I dont think they fit in the 2500 taillights. The errors should go away if you just turn off the blind spot detection through the head unit. You can leave the BCM settings in place, IIRC.
Are the 2019 sensors physically different? Someone tried a set and while the BCM didnt have an issue with them, they were false detecting all over the place, so maybe they really are different? Have you seen them compared to the 2500 sensors? Because in pictures they look exactly the same.
My radio is kind simple. I will try from there.I left my BCM settings alone but turned them off in the Uconnect settings.
I see that the heatsink are different, 1500 kind square and 2500 like oval, I dont know if the pcb or boards inside are similar to try to swap them. Any way, if that is possible they send false warnings?Right off the bat, I can see that the sensors are mounted upside down between the DJ and DT. The DTs have the connector on the bottom and the DJ has it at the top.

2013 1500 big horn, it does have 8.4 ra3 and big screen evic tooWhat model is your truck ?
2500 etc
Great... Please keep us updated. The sensors are physically the same, the heatsinks are just different shapes to fit the tail lights, etc.
My DT sensors are waiting for me at home. I'll mess around with them when I get home Thursday night.

Ok... I think that in this case is "easy" to by pass the CAN signal? Make a module? How can be this made?Still working through a few options. DT sensors 'work' but they are rotated 180 degrees in the DJ lights compared to how they are mounted in the DT lights so the detection zones are flipped around.
Right now the options are DT sensors with modified DJ mounts to get them facing the right way or a CAN module between the DJ sensors and the truck to modify the vehicle line message.

Nice...You need a module with dual can buses that can modify certain messages and pass the rest through as-is.
If I was going to do it I would modify one of my existing CAN interface boards to just add another CAN channel. I’m not sure I like the new tails enough to shell out for them, but if I find a set cheap I’ll grab them. I’m confident I can get them working relatively easily based on what I’ve seen so far.
Nice...
I got mines in 350$ I am sure that if you start looking you can find them.
I am waiting for the experts to make mines work.
I was thinking to swapping the sensor for the 1500s
Hey. I was searching for almost 5 months.Thats cheap!
Mine were $500 for both (basically brand new since they were takeoffs) which isnt horrible, but it aint $350.
I didn't wait that long. I can see the prices going up in my head.Hey. I was searching for almost 5 months.
