2019 Ram 1500 4wd front diff and axle play

My local shop claims there is excessive cv axle play requiring new axles and front diff.
I didn’t have any symptoms to prop thos diagnosis. See video and tell me what you think

Locate a couple of 4x4 or off road shops .

This type of shop specializes in this , get a few different quotes.
And they all should match what they claim is bad , the honest shops anyway.
