Hear it best around 40 second mark. Any ideas? Sounds like front right side.

It sounds like exhaust hitting something, but it is such a regular frequency it makes me think it must be something that rotates like a u-joint. Only happens at highway speed huh? Not at idle? Does it ever change frequency, like slow down or speed up? You try listening with window down?

Have you been under the truck to give it a visual inspection?

Get all four wheels off of the ground and put the truck on jack stands and have drive it to see if you can duplicate the noise. If you can duplicate it while sitting on the stands, have an assistant drive while you are in the outside to see if you can pinpoint the sound.

Drive it in 2WD first and listen. If you don't hear it in 2WD, engage the transfer case and listen again.

I can't hear a thing? How long have you had the truck?

Hello @MO_CPA, we understand how this may cause concern! We recommend addressing this further with your dealer if the trouble persists. Please know that our team is available to you for additional support throughout that process- feel free to reach out via private message if you have any questions!

Thank you to everyone that responded and I apologize for my delay in getting back with you. I haven't made any attempt to look under the vehicle as I will likely return to the dealer. I have only owned it for 7 months and it has just over 7k miles on it.

One interesting finding, it only occurs when the temperature outside is 38 degrees F or less. Odd!
