2019 Ram 2500 Wiper Motor Issue?

Afternoon guys,

2019 with 8500mi on it. Recently been hearing this clicking sound with the passenger side windshield wiper. I replaced the blades just to see if it was an easy fix but nothing helped. Changing it from the rain sensing to manual control doesn't change anything.

From other postings from a Google search; could be a relay/switch/motor issue. I have an appointment with the dealer Thursday, just seeing if you guys could save me some time going in with any ideas.

Its that tick before the wiper lands in its original position.

Here is a better video/sound. There is a clicking sound at 2 seconds. Its very noticeable in the truck at any amount of rain or speed. Turning the rain sensing wipers on/off does nothing.

Is it just a loud relay switch? Can they be replaced easily?
