2019 Ram Dash coming up - bad adhesive? Others having same issue? Dealership wasn't any help.

Perform a search there are several threads on this exact subject that others are dealing with. Search witching the 5th Gen category. Mine was taken care of under warranty.

I had the same issue with my 2019 1500 Limited with 75,000 miles. Went to a local dealer who defused to help. Contacted @RamCares, who also refused to help. Finally called RAM Cares at (866) 932-3878 and they actually helped out. Granted they did not have to help, but they did. Got the dash replaced and my only cost was a $200 deductible.
The first photos are before the repair. The last 3 are from after the repair. They had to replace the entire dash.

Hello Hannah,
Thank you. My issue was resolved by calling the customer service team. William @RamCares was no help and continued to notify me that the vehicle is no longer under warranty. I already know the vehicle was no longer under warranty and I also know this is a well known issues with the Limited trim.

I took it to a very reputable auto upholstery shop and was told short of replacing the dash, nothing can be done. I service the vehicle at my local dealer with all scheduled maintenance. Is there anything that can be done ? By Ram or Hall Ram in Virginia Beach, Va.

Try the Ram Dealer in Williamsburg, here is the address. They took care of mine but it was done under warranty. They might be able to get you the help needed.
